Special Notice
On May 19, 2008, Village Council gave a first reading to an ordinance amending the definitions and entryway regulations contained in the Zoning Ordinance. A second reading is scheduled for June 19, 2008 with a final reading and passage tentatively scheduled for August 25, 2008. The ordinance can be viewed at the link below.
Definitions and Entryway Amendments Ordinance
On June 16, 2008, Village Council passed an ordinace authorizing all actions necessary to effect a natural gas aggregation program including submission of a ballot question to the electors. This is effective immediately and is available at the link below:

On April 21, 2008, Village Council conducted the final reading of the 2008 water rate ordinance. These rates became effective date of May 1, 2008. See the links below for more information:

On March 24, 2008, Council passed an ordinance establishing provisions for competitive video service authorizations including fees and terms. This is effective immediately and is available at the link below:

The following ordinance was passed by City Council on January 28, 2008 amending 77.01- Weight restrictions on certain roads, deleting 77.02- Weight restrictions on certain bridges and amending 77.99- Penalties. These changes took effect January 28.
Amended Weight Restrictions
On December 17, 2007 City Council passed an ordinance updating the Nuisance Code Sections contained in the Indian Hill Code of Ordinances, including a new section related to Property Maintenance. These changes took effect March 1, 2008. The following link will access the ordinance:

On December 17, 2007 City Council passed an ordinance adding three new sections to the Code of Ordinances related to: 1) Shortcutting across public or private property; 2) Obstructing official business; and 3) Carrying concealed weapons.
